Minu enjoys collaborating with industry partners to execute sustainable data-driven solutions that meaningfully address key business challenges. Whether it’s established corporations, or cutting edge start-ups, she strives to add near and long-term value for the team.
| Minu is an Engagement Manager with over 10 years of experience in Life sciences strategy and operations consulting across an array of therapeutic areas. She is experienced in providing project management, data analytics, and implementation support across initiatives for clinical development, medical affairs, and investor relations. Prior to Acquis, Minu was a member of Deloitte’s and Huron Consulting Group’s Life Sciences Practices, where she specialized in providing regulatory compliance and risk advisory services for 8 years. Minu has supported clients with Corporate Integrity Agreement (CIA) readiness, Independent Review Organization (IRO) systems and transactions reviews, and assessing compliance program effectiveness. She has successfully designed and managed annual field force monitoring programs and audits to identify and remediate improper conduct. |
Minu holds a B.S. in supply chain management and marketing from Lehigh University. Outside of work, Minu enjoys planning her next trip. She immigrated from Kerala, India to the US with her family when she was 4 but considers herself a global citizen. She is an avid believer that when we’re exposed to different perspectives, it provides us with an opportunity to better understand both others and ourselves.
