Mike has extensive experience managing complex systems implementations, including custom developed, on-premise, and cloud-based platforms. With each implementation, Mike balances industry best practices with client business strategies for optimal outcomes. As a Project Manager at Acquis, Mike blends best-in-class methodologies with cross functional collaboration strategies that result in on-time deployments and smooth transitions to new software platforms. Mike brings a vast and adaptable skill set to each client, ranging from leading key PMO discussions to understanding business requirements and configuring complex technical solutions. Before joining Acquis, Mike was a manager in Grant Thornton’s Business Applications/ERP practice, successfully leading complex cross-functional Oracle Cloud Supply Chain and Financials engagements for domestic and global organizations. Before his time at Grant Thornton, Mike was a Consultant at MarketSphere focused on PeopleSoft SCM and Financials implementations. At both Grant Thornton and MarketSphere Consulting, Mike helped develop and launch product implementation tools, templates, and accelerators, and served as a leader in multiple mentorship and coaching programs. Mike has a B.S. in business management from Northern Illinois University. |
