Mark Thever

Mark is a seasoned management consultant and entrepreneur. The driving force behind his professional endeavors is to be an agent of change, identifying opportunities for advancements and improvements, and generating consumer-centric solutions.

Mark is an Engagement Manager at Acquis with experience in pharmaceuticals, medtech, medical devices, consumer goods, and complex technology including semiconductors. Mark has over 12 years of managerial, consulting, and entrepreneurial experience covering a variety of functional areas including growth and operating model strategy, strategy activation, transformation management, clinical and regulatory planning, product development process optimization, and AI innovation.

Prior to joining Acquis, Mark founded and ran a CPG business producing wellness beverages. He served as CEO and Chairman of the Board. Before his entrepreneurial endeavors, Mark was a management consultant at Accel Management Group with a concentration on Fortune 500 clients in the medical device and semiconductor industries. Mark also held positions in the life science and semiconductor industries.

Mark earned his MBA, MS (Biology), and BS (Biology) from the University of California, San Diego and he is a certified New Product Development Professional.
