Brittney Stroman

Brittney has more than 20 years of global talent acquisition experience.  After serving Acquis as an external recruiting partner for more than 10 years, she became a part of the Acquis family in 2023. 

Brittney is focused on Acquis’ internal talent acquisition and DEI partnership initiatives and serving as the Director of Scale Squared.  Brittney is passionate about creating impactful candidate and client experiences.  She finds joy in understanding and matching the unique characteristics of people with the careers and organizations that create long-lasting and meaningful changes in their lives and helps clients to grow.

Brittney began her recruiting career partnering with a Fortune Global 500 consulting firm and led a team who was recognized as the firm’s premiere vendor for experienced hire placements and DEI sourcing strategies.  Since that time, she has continued to focus on talent acquisition strategy, candidate experience and DEI initiatives.  Brittney earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Ecology from The Ohio State University and is AIRS Certified.  She lives in Columbus, Ohio and enjoys spending time with her husband and their two children.  In her free time, Brittney enjoys watching her kids’ sporting events and volunteering in her local community.
