Within the GBTA Foundation, WINiT (Women in Travel) is a specialized program focused on the career development of women in the travel industry. Established a decade ago, WINiT offers mentoring, networking, and professional development opportunities designed to empower women and promote gender equity in travel-related sectors. The program’s initiatives include events, workshops, and recognition ceremonies that celebrate the achievements of women and their allies.
In October 2024, the GBTA Foundation announced the WINiT Top 50 honorees, recognizing women who are driving innovation and leadership in the business travel industry. Among the Rising Female Leaders category is Chloe Carver, Head of Corporate Travel at Acquis Consulting.
