Lauren Lucy

Lauren strongly believes that falling in love with problems, not solutions, is the key to driving innovation and building successful businesses and products. She understands that leading with empathy and constantly pursuing a deep understanding of the core challenges and pain points faced by customers and organizations unlock the most impactful outcomes.

With over 10 years of experience, Lauren has a background in both consulting across the public and private sectors and has spent time as a product leader at companies ranging from seed stage startups to large global organizations in the healthcare, technology and information services industries. She is particularly adept at turning abstract challenges into well-defined roadmaps and bringing clarity and alignment to chaos through cross functional collaboration and maintaining a user-centric approach. 

Prior to joining Acquis, Lauren served as Head of Product for MDisrupt where she was responsible for conceptualizing and bringing to market a health expert marketplace platform, and as Director of Product for GLG, where she oversaw the client and expert experience teams. She began her career at Deloitte Consulting, where she worked with public sector health and human services departments to design and implement technology solutions. Lauren holds a B.S. in Economics from the University of Richmond and spent time studying abroad at Prague University of Economics. Lauren is an avid traveler, food enthusiast, and lover of all animals. She can be found hanging out with the dog at any party and believes there is no better view of the world than from the back of a horse. An ex-New Yorker who fled south in search of tacos and warmer winters, Lauren now resides in Austin, Texas with her husband Blake and two Cavalier King Charles Spaniels, Charles and Millie.
