Erica Elias

Erica is passionate about the intersection of science and business. As a consultant, Erica uses her scientific acumen with her creativity and business mindset to help her pharmaceutical clients improve their processes and drive clinical innovation.   

Erica is a Senior Associate with a wide range of experience in the life sciences and healthcare industry. Erica is a people-first leader who seeks to build lasting collaborative relationships with her clients.  Erica assists pharmaceutical companies in the areas of strategic planning, risk management, operational excellence, and project management.

Before joining Acquis, Erica was a Project Manager at Clario, where she helped clinical teams implement eCOA software to capture data for their clinical trials. Prior to Clario, Erica was a consultant at Helio and Deloitte Consulting.  At Helio, Erica helped companies navigate the increasingly regulated life sciences industry by implementing compliance and risk mitigation strategies. At Deloitte, Erica helped drive innovation at Federal health organizations by developing strategic roadmaps and promoting cross-collaboration.

Erica has a B.S. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Richmond. Outside of work, Erica enjoys traveling, skiing, watching sports, and attending fitness classes.
