Divya leads with passion, commits herself to solving problems, and is always eager to learn. She embraces the phrase, “teamwork makes the dream work,” and applies this principle both professionally and personally. Divya faces challenges head on and feels that most can be solved with teamwork, communication, and grit.

Divya leverages her consulting experience and engineering background to bring a unique perspective to client service. She applies a data-driven approach to solve complex problems and scales it up or down based on clients’ changing needs. Divya tackles each challenge by building strong relationships, collecting meaningful metrics, analyzing and ideating, and delivering significant results.

At Acquis, Divya is known for her expertise and leadership in medical office strategic design and build, operational design, process improvement, and program management. Divya partners with executive sponsors to turn an idea into an actionable path. Although Divya’s focus is in life sciences, she has worked with a wide range of companies, spanning both Fortune 500 and emerging companies.

Before joining Acquis, Divya worked at Ernst & Young and Capgemini where she gained experience in program management, business intelligence reporting, and operational strategy. Divya holds an M.S. in chemical engineering, focused on biotechnology; and a B.S. in biomedical engineering, both from Northwestern University.

Divya currently resides in San Francisco. Outside of work she enjoys cooking, hiking her way through the Bay Area, and anything to do with the ocean (these last two are often combined).
